Chicken nuggets in potato crust

Ingredients

  • Half a cup of textured soy (100 g)
  • Half a cup of water (100 ml)
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce (50 ml)
  • 4 drops of tabasco

I eat chicken most often in Asian recipes but recently I discovered a new tasty way to eat this white meat. The recipe is inspired by Jamila's website and was a huge success among mine.

-300 g yogurt or whipped milk

-2 tablespoons hot pepper jam

Panko is a type of Japanese breadcrumbs that I quickly and efficiently reproduced at home. The core of a fresh white bread is cut into smaller pieces and put to grind well in the robot. It is then placed in the pan and placed in the preheated oven at 100 degrees C for about an hour. Every 10 minutes mix the breadcrumbs with a spoon. It should dry at a low temperature, not fry.

I divided the chicken meat in half, I also put chicken breast and 2 boneless thighs by myself. It comes out very good with both options. The chicken is therefore cut into longer strips and placed in a bowl. Sprinkle the spices (oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper), crushed garlic, hot pepper jam and yogurt on top. I let the chicken freeze overnight in the fridge.

Heat the oil in a deeper pan, drain the chicken pieces from the excess marinade, pass them well through the panko and fry them in oil until golden (about five minutes).

Crispy on the outside, tender and tasty on the inside. Dream!

Next, I made a pea puree: I boiled 400 g of frozen peas for five minutes, I crushed it with a vertical blender, I added butter, cream, danish white cheese, salt, pepper and a drop of lemon.
