In short, detoxification is seen as a way of eating, at first stricter, then more permissive, which aims to ensure as many quality nutrients as possible, which allow the regeneration of internal organs, and especially the liver, where all the problems are gone.

Black rice is an excellent source of minerals (Potassium and Magnesium, ie exactly those mentioned above as essential), but also antioxidants, due to the color that indicates the presence of anthocyanin, an antioxidant specific to red or purple ingredients . I added beta-carotene from raw carrots, and vitamin C from radishes, parsley and lemon juice, and I got a detox salad with great nutritional value.

Ingredients for Black Rice and Fresh Vegetable Salad (for 2 people)

1 clove of crushed garlic (you can use a clove of green garlic)
